Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Coloshion. Because our products are made to order, we have a specific return policy outlined below.

Made-to-Order Products
All items are produced specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect model or variant selected by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: hi@coloshion.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at hi@coloshion.com and we will investigate the issue.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may already have begun and cancellation may not be possible.

To request a cancellation, email hi@coloshion.com immediately after placing your order.
