We stand behind every Coloshion case.
That’s why every order is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Print peeling or unexpected fading
• Structural issues (cracks not caused by impact)
• Faulty materials

If something isn’t right — we’ll make it right.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by drops or heavy impact
• Normal wear & tear
• Scratches from daily use
• Damage caused by misuse or modifications

(Our cases are strong — but they’re not indestructible.)

How It Works

1.) Email us at hi@coloshion.com
2.) Send your order number + clear photos
3.) We’ll review your claim within 48 hours

If approved, we’ll send a replacement.
